CEO

Raj Nanan brings more than three decades of lifetime experience in the mortgage industry, spanning origination, leadership, and operational oversight. Over the course of his career, he has personally originated approximately $150 million in residential loan volume, helping borrowers navigate purchases, refinances, and long-term financing decisions.

In addition to his personal production, Raj has overseen more than $1.0 billion in loan originations through senior leadership and management roles throughout his career. As CEO of Imperium Mortgage, he remains directly involved in advising clients, structuring loans, and ensuring each transaction is handled with clarity, integrity, and accountability.
