Applicant and Recruiting Privacy Notice

Scope
This notice applies to information submitted through Imperium Mortgage LLC's platform inquiry and related recruiting communications. It is separate from the consumer mortgage application process.
Information collected
Imperium may collect your name, NMLS ID, contact details, intended work location, licensing experience, primary production focus, optional production ranges, platform interests, preferred contact method, and communication-consent record.
How information is used
Information is used to evaluate platform fit, verify professional and licensing information where appropriate, communicate about the inquiry, maintain recruiting records, support compliance review, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and satisfy legal or employment obligations.
Access and sharing
Access is limited to authorized recruiting, leadership, HR, compliance, legal, technology, and service-provider personnel with a business need. Recruiting inquiry information is not automatically placed into borrower marketing or the consumer mortgage workflow.
Calls and text messages
Recruiting-related automated calls or text messages are initiated only when the separate optional communications checkbox is selected. Consent is not a condition of employment consideration. You may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Retention
Recruiting records are retained and disposed of under Imperium's documented recruiting-records schedule, subject to applicable employment, licensing, litigation-hold, and recordkeeping requirements.
Security
Imperium uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and workflow. No internet submission method is completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask to update recruiting contact information, withdraw from consideration, or change communication preferences by contacting Imperium. Requests are handled subject to verification and applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Do not submit sensitive information
Do not submit Social Security numbers, borrower data, login credentials, tax documents, financial records, protected medical information, or sensitive identity documents through the platform inquiry form.
