Information users may provide includes: name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, property state, property use or occupancy, loan purpose, mortgage intent (purchase, refinance, home-equity, rate-watch, investment, renovation, reverse mortgage, or other), estimated property value, estimated purchase price, estimated down payment, estimated loan amount, estimated current loan balance, estimated cash-out request, employment or income route (such as W-2, self-employed, 1099, bank-statement, DSCR, or other documentation path), referral source, partner or professional relationship details, message content submitted through website forms, and consent selections, checkbox status, date/time stamps, and related form-submission context.
Information collected automatically may include: pages visited, buttons clicked, forms started or submitted, calculator or scenario tool used, general device and browser information, IP address, approximate location inferred from browser or network data, referral source, campaign parameters, UTM parameters, cookie identifiers, analytics event data, and general interaction history with website tools.

Imperium Mortgage does not pull a consumer credit report based solely on general website browsing, calculator use, or ordinary contact-form submission. Credit reports are obtained only with a permissible purpose and appropriate authorization through the applicable application or credit-review process.
